Plastic bottle material
The abbreviation of PET plastic is Polyethylene terephthalate, or PET, it is a condensation polymer of terephthalic acid with ethylene glycol, collectively known as thermoplastic polyester with PBT, or saturated polyester.
PET is a milky or light yellow highly crystalline polymer with a smooth and shiny surface.
Creep resistance, fatigue resistance, good friction resistance, small wear and high hardness, with the largest toughness of thermoplastics;
Electrical insulation performance is good, affected by temperature, but corona resistance is poor.
Non - toxic, weather - resistant, anti - chemical stability, high moisture absorption, drying before molding is necessary.
Resistant to weak acid and organic solvents, but not soaking in heat - resistant water, not alkali - resistant.
1. Smell it first. PET smells different from ordinary plastic. Burn it with a lighter, and then you will smell it very fragrant and comfortable (just burn a bottle to smell it).
You can't use a bottle with SEBS in it.
2. If the burning part is too dark or the oil drops quickly, most of the melting point is abnormal, which is common in PET film.
3, wire drawing, burning the time on the lighter to pull a wire, see the length of the wire is not long, and then pull out of the wire, see the break point in the middle, the wire is not rolled into a small ring, the more the melting point is high.
